Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware development.
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience to become an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead dedicated to the development of military-grade electronics, the Common Weapon Launcher (CWL) system.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Master's Degree.
- Agile experience.
- Have technical acumen, an educational background.
- Familiarity with hardware and system integration testing (Assembly Level Test / Unit Test / Integration Test / System Performance Test).
- Digital and analog electronics hardware development and troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with the US Navy product development and shipboard qualification process.
- Familiarity with the System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process.
- Ability to rapidly adapt to handling technical issues found in system integration labs, field environments, and during production.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
