Required Skills / Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a technical degree such as Finance, Math, etc.; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of HR management generalist experience, with at least 3 of those years in a manufacturing environment
Min 3 years of experience as a Director of HR.
The above experience should include:
* In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations (especially California).
* Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data to drive decisions.
* Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Prior experience in HR leadership in a manufacturing environment.
* A background supporting production floor employees (hourly)
Min 2 years of payroll processing experience and/or payroll oversight.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
* Language: Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
