Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Liverpool, NY. Interested?

 

Here's what you'd do:

  • Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
  • Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that improve product performance.
  • Help incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
  • Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency and investigates and initiates corrective action for problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
  • Guides engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
  • Ensures processes and procedures comply with regulations.

 

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $50.00 /hr.

Hours: 4/10-1st Shift

Length: Temp (12 months).

Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of Industrial experience. 
  • Minimum 4 years of Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) experience. 
  • Minimum 4 years of Machine Shop experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Cost Estimation experience. 

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Self-starter and takes initiative on projects.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing understanding.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
