Description
Acara Solutions is seeking Enrollment Specialists in Buffalo, NY!
Type: Temporary from October through Mid-December
Pay: $18.50/HR
Location: 100% ONSITE, Monday-Friday 830AM to 430PM
As a Consultant, you'll review high-level plan details with members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist members with patience and empathy
- Handle member concerns professionally
- Discuss health and prescription needs confidentially, following HIPAA guidelines.
- Follow scripts and checklists to meet CMS and federal requirements.
- Explain insurance terms and plan options clearly.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
