Description
Acara Solution is looking for a Product Owner (SAFe) - Embedded Software Engineer for Our client located in Ft Wayne, IN.
Here's what you'd do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities.
- Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
- Participate in SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the product.
- Monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality software.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics with 5 years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Owner role, preferably with embedded software
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Master's Degree with 3 years of experience
- Agile experience
- SAFe certification or similar training.
- Experience with embedded systems and software development.
- Domain experience in RF and GPS, and Navigation system development, implementation, and integration efforts.
- Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
- Proficiency in C, C++, and C#.
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Good understanding of the software development process, as well as software engineering concepts, principles, and theories
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable tasks.
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products.
