The Senior Paid Media Specialist will play a critical role in scaling the organizations digital advertising efforts across paid channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, OTT/CTV, and more. You'll work closely with our Growth and Creative teams while owning strategy and execution for a number of paid channels; managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets while driving new customer acquisition. This role blends creative intuition with analytical rigor. You'll thrive if you can interpret numbers as easily as you can spot a winning hook.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
○ Develop, execute, and scale full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels to achieve growth and efficiency targets.
○ Own campaign setup, budgeting, audience segmentation, and optimization to drive ROAS, CPA, and LTV performance.
○ Continuously test creative, messaging, and landing page variations to improve conversion and engagement rates.
○ Manage daily/weekly/monthly budgets; assist with forecasting, etc.
Creative Collaboration
○ Partner with the creative team to provide insights based on ad performance data; helping shape ad angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks that convert.
○ Provide structured creative briefs rooted in performance learnings (e.g., winning formats, CTR trends, thumb-stop ratios).
○ Source and share creatives, angles, and trends to drive ideation.
Data & Reporting
○ Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities.
○ Monitor campaign performance in real time and compile weekly reports on key metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA/CAC, ROAS).
○ Identify insights and trends to recommend optimizations and new opportunities.
○ Translate performance insights into actionable strategies for both creative and product marketing teams.
○ Manage attribution, conversion tracking, and data integrity across Meta Pixel, GA4, and other analytics platforms.
Collaboration & Learning
○ Work cross-functionally with Creative, Web/eCommerce, Operations, and other internal and external teams to align paid strategy with larger business objectives.
○ Stay current on emerging trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes across paid social and search.
○ Mentor junior media buyers and assist in building scalable systems for campaign management and reporting.
Target Salary: $ 80-110k
