Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work remotely with our customer based in Boston, MA. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Payroll Support: Ensure accurate and timely processing of end-to-end payroll for assigned employees, process data for new hires, terminations, and leaves of absence, garnishments, time and absence entries, LOAs, and off-cycle payrolls as needed for North America payrolls. Performs year-end activities as needed. Assist with Tier 1 support of payroll inquiries.
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensure all data is accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Ensure Workday is maintained as the primary source of data for all employees. Assists with Workday testing as required.
- Reporting: Assist with running and delivering payroll reports as needed.
- ServiceNow: Ensure SNOW tickets responded to timely and accurately at first instance. Ensure SLAs are met when responding to employee inquiries.
- Troubleshooting: Assist with Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies and issues raised by employees or business.
- Documentation: Assist with updating all payroll documentations and SOPs as needed.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Assists with miscellaneous tasks as required.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $25-26/hour
Hours: M-F, 8 AM-5 PM
Length: 3-month contract with possible opportunity to convert to a permanent employee

Job Requirements
Here's what requirements you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with payroll
- Minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing Workday for payroll and ServiceNow ticketing system
Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer:
- Prior payroll experience, preferably in medium to large multi-state companies
- Experience with data input and validation
- Experience pulling reports and checking data for accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
