Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics.
- Minimum 8 years of applicable experience (6 years with a Master's degree), including:
- High-speed circuit card design incorporating embedded processors or FPGAs
- Advanced memory devices and storage protocols
- Design for Electromagnetic Compliance (EMC)
Preferred Skills:
- Master's Degree
- Expert-level understanding of hardware development processes throughout the lifecycle of the program or project
- Experience with circuit card design using advanced materials and packaging techniques
- Working knowledge of the Mentor tools Suite for schematic entry, constraint manager, Hyper Lynx SI/PI analysis
- Collaborative, creative thinker with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects
- Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to drive innovation and secure buy-in on concepts and ideas
