Here's what you'd do:
- To define and deliver Testing and Commissioning procedures, tools, and facilities in accordance with customer acceptance criteria.
- Performance measurement:
- S - Test procedures are safe.
- Q - % rework of test procedures.
- C - Respect for the allocated budget.
- D - Testing procedure and tools on time delivery.
- Clear and Exhaustive understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria.
- Manage the development and supply of test procedures, facilities, and tools for RS sites and depots
- Ensure that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle
- Define the Standard Operating Procedures with reference to time and monitor deviations
- Continuously optimizing SOPs.
- Implement REX (Return of Experience) from the Test & Commissioning phase of the project.
- Ensure an Interface and perfect working relationship with the engineering project team, Site Industrial, Warranty Implementation team, Site Logistics, and Industrial Support to Warranty teams, Quality, and Site Validation team.
- Support the T&C Operations team for the implementation and execution of the Testing Procedures.
- Implement and deploy methods, tools, and best practices pointed out at the group level.
- Ensures T&C procedures comply with EHS Policy and Site EHS Management System
- Participates in EHS activities on the shop floor.

Pay: $100,000k annually.
Hours: 5 x 8.
Length: Temp to perm (6-12 months).

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in testing and commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within the process industry, railways, or factory automation.
- Fluent in the English language.
- Scholarship dedicated to the Railway industry.
- Good knowledge of IT tools and smart devices.
- Be familiar with high-risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements.
- Have a good technical level in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and network domains.
- Understanding of the Lean approach for Industrialization.
- Result-driven mindset.
- Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (product engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial functions).
- Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in a complex environment.
- Ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment.
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills.
