Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Jacksonville, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, which include skilled handwork or utilizing automated production equipment.
- Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents.
- Determines and follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Developing support for individual contributors.
- Works under general supervision.
- Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
- Less detailed instructions are provided, and moderate peer review is needed.
- Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information, which need explanation or interpretation to understand and reach a consensus.
- Follows established processes to complete tasks.
- Escalates issues to the supervisor for resolution.
- Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
- Work is somewhat limited in scope, typically on smaller, less structured task-related activities.
- The company provides specialty tools.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour.
Hours: 5/8 hrs/Week.
Length: Contract (6 months).

- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with electro-mechanical assembly
- Minimum 4 years of experience with interpreting technical specifications, drawings, or blueprints.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with performing wiring, soldering, or hands-on component installation.
- Associate Degree.
- Able to use hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, and sockets (should have own general tools).
- Able to work in a team-based environment and interact with support team members.
- Calm demeanor.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
