Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Kings Bay Base, GA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Install and configure network devices (network printers, scanners, plotters, PCs). 
  • Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices.
  • Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets, aka network connects (activation of data drops).
  • Repair and replace data connectors on network cables and data drops.
  • Assist in the relocation of client employees to the facility (move PCs and activate data drops in the new location). 
  • Troubleshoot network issues with PCs and LAN (duplex mismatches, duplicate IPs, corrupt firewall software, proxy configuration issues).

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $ 34.65 /hr

Hours: 5x8 Monday-Friday

Length: Temp (12+ months)

Job Requirements

 

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with IT Networking, Troubleshooting, and Conference room support (VTCs)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with network, regarding the installation and configuration of network devices

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Basic technical certification, hardware repair, component-level knowledge, operating system (Windows, Unix/Linux, Apple), application knowledge, troubleshooting techniques
  • Detailed knowledge of audio/videoconferencing standards.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be needed to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Physical capabilities to include lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
  • Clean driving record as an MVR will be ran
