Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Fremont, CA. Interested?

 

Here's what you'd do:

  • As a Process Technician, you are a vital part of the team, actively supporting process, product, and research and development (R&D). 
  • You'll set up processing equipment, conduct technical tests and experiments, process test runs, and work closely with process engineers. 
  • Your technical expertise supports process development, contributing to the client's commitment to innovation. 
  • Supports Process Engineers in preparation for wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) tests, equipment setup, experiments, data collection, and sample submissions.
  • Operates processing equipment and advanced tools with recipes defined by engineering teams to collect experiment results, submit the samples for metrology analysis, and handle the samples per company policy.  
  • Provides technical assistance to process development teams and process engineers.
  • Assist in technical troubleshooting and improvement opportunities of the application lab tools and experiment setups.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $ 38.32 /hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week 

Length: Temporary (1 month)

Job Requirements

 

Required Skills:

  • Associate Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with semiconductor equipment.
  • Technical Certificate in semiconductors, nanotechnology, and chemistry.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to work in a clean room environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment (PPE), cleanroom suit, or smock.
  • Team player who can also work independently 
  • Technical skills to operate advanced lab and fab equipment
  • Cleanroom and semiconductor experience
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good team player. 
  • Capability to work/ communicate well with engineers & team members.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
