SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to coordinate major inspections on aircrafts;
• Participate in all meetings related to the assigned major inspections;
• Have complete oversight of the full inspection work package and manage inspection flow;
• Review inspection work package and coordinate all requirements in regards to materials, parts, tooling and outside services;
• Identify and track milestones with Project Manager;
• Participate in problem solving and finding solutions;
• Assess all identified defects and provide information to rectify;
• Complete relevant technical documentation;
• Support purchasing when applicable;
• Review work pack, billing groups and invoices for accuracy;
• Responsible for all technical documentation and log releases;
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
* This position involves an evening shift Monday to Thursday
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Valid M2 Transport Canada AME License;
• Minimum of five (5) years related experience in aircraft maintenance;
• Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs;
• Possess a solid understanding of CAR's;
• Proven experience with planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities;
• Strong Customer service abilities;
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Team player.
EDUCATION:
• Completed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program or equivalent
