Description
Acara Solutions is looking for a Service Coordinator for one of our clients in Surprise, AZ.
- Pay Rate: $28-$33/hour
- Role will be fully onsite
- Hours will be M-F, 6am-2:30pm
- Will require driving a vehicle to job sites and for customer meetings out in the field
- 12 month contract with possibility of extension
- Day to Day of Position:
- Interfacing with service area customers for all things service related
- For example, if a customer wants to upgrade meter panel or get a meter installed, it will go through the service coordinator
- Functions as an APS liaison to APS customers to satisfy requirements to run service
- Primarily focused around residential, can spill over to commercial
- Helps coordinate setting a customer up with power and getting it turned on
- Interfacing with service area customers for all things service related
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Customer service piece is huge
- Strong soft skills, detail oriented, and organized
- Entry level project management skills are helpful: time management, scheduling, when and how to prioritize workload.
- Essence of basic electricity is a plus - how is it generated (from generation to meter)
- This is easily taught and most people can get a good understanding of it through the training for this role
