Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Westminster, CO. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Manages the activities associated with providing technical services to internal customers by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop, and networked systems.
- Ensures that all phases of desktop support, including installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and operating system configuration issues, are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved.
- Oversees maintenance of the database for data integrity and security for desktop systems.
- May also include planning, hardware installation and configuration, optimization, operations, and ongoing maintenance of the computer/data center.
- Oversees systems performance, the monitoring of equipment, and manages vendor relationships.
- Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
- Has little or no role in decision-making. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
- Works under close supervision.

- High School Diploma or GED.
