Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Jacksonville, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- The client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our People & Organization department and support recruiting efforts, primarily concerning exempt and manufacturing recruiting.
- Your days will include sourcing candidates through various channels, partnering with Hiring Managers on interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in hiring events.
- To succeed in this role, you should develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with hiring managers and potential hires.
- You will also create robust talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs.
- Conducting strategy calls and determining selection criteria.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks), sourcing platforms, and responses to posted positions.
- Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
- Working with Hiring Managers to create impactful job descriptions and potential interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events.
- Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, and Hiring Managers.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $35 - $40/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week – 1st shift.
Length: Temp (9 months).

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Adept with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to sourcing and presentation skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within matrixed, corporate organizations.
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Managing relationships with the Hiring Managers.
- Attending Hiring Events (organizing them on a monthly basis).
