Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of wet etch process engineering experience in fast paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of wet etch principles, theories, concepts, and techniques
- Expertise with Akrion, DNS, SEZ, and/or Semitool wet etch tools and processes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize shifting business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a global team environment
- Experience with design of experiment techniques, data analysis, and statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP) Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred Six sigma certification preferred
- Knowledge of PROMIS WIP management and JMP statistical analysis software preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing and six sigma processes preferred
