Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Alpharetta, GA. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, which include skilled handwork or utilizing automated production equipment.
- Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents. Determines and follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Fully proficient in supporting individual contributors.
- Works under limited supervision.
- Resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
- Assignments are moderately challenging, requiring some critical thinking and judgment.
- Less detailed instructions are provided, and minimal peer review is needed.
- Communicates with contacts, typically within and outside the department, on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
- Work should be structured within clearly defined boundaries and established procedures.
- Follows established processes to complete tasks.
- Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
- Resolves most issues.
- Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has a moderate impact on the overall team results.
- Work is of moderate scope, typically on larger, task-related activities.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 / hr.
Hours: 9/80 hrs/Week. (2nd shift).
Length: Contract (12 months).

- High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with electronic assembly.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience.
- Associate Degree with 2 years of experience.
- Have Sodering skills.
- CCA or SMT Assembly background.
- Computer Skills [Excel/ERP Systems].
- Experience in the military or defense industry background.
- Good communication skills and able to follow written work instructions in English.
