Description

JOB TASKS
  • Provide preventative and reactive service & maintenance on Company's machinery at customers' facilities located in Canada and Internationally
  • Complete installations of new equipment within budgeted time and expenses allocated to the project 
  • Provide training to customers on proper operations and maintenance procedures for company's offerings 
  • Remotely assist customers via weblink or phone to troubleshoot and resolve equipment & label issues
  • Promptly service returned and damaged equipment and parts (Bench Service) 
  • Commissioning of New Projects where applicable (Project QC) 
 
Job Requirements

 
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS
  • 3-year electrical or mechatronics diploma from a college/university
  • Minimum 5 years experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
  • PLC Programming experience 
  • Microsoft Office 
  • General understanding of vision systems
  • Good Mechanical / Electrical aptitude. No licenses required. 
  • Experience in Customer Service is preferred. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy 
  • MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL AND WORK IN THE USA AND INTERNATIONALLY
