Required Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or Management)
Min 5 years of experience in business management, program management, sales business development in an Aerospace or Defense environment that includes the following skills:
- Data driven with strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex contracts and proposals (experience with contract negotiations)
- Demonstrated success negotiating and responding to government contracting proposals as well as terms and conditions, as required
- Experience working with cross functional teams like engineering and operations
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
This is an ITAR facility working with U.S. defense clients - the candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance if one is needed in after hire.
The position expects some travel - up to 25% visiting clients, conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
