Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Austin, TX. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Performs revolving assembly operations, which include all electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Organizes own hand stock, constantly monitors availability of parts, and chooses appropriate parts or components, according to respective specification.
- Uses specific equipment and a range of specialized tools, and maintains functionality.
- Perform sight checks, functionality, or general quality test routines and procedures
- Assists in resolving routine manufacturing-related problems affecting daily operations.
- In Production: Operates with a range of machines and equipment, which effectively need different parameter settings and intensive control of the production process.
- Include automated line production control in a relatively medium-complex environment.
- Operates in the set-up, maintenance, repair, and installation of dedicated machines in the production line.
- In Assembly: Contributes to fairly complex, however routine and repetitive assembly processes, where a team of differently qualified specialists is involved.
- The assembly process for one item may take hours or even more than one day to complete.
- The system or product might be customized, designed for specific needs.
- Deliver a full range of services in a defined and focused technical area of work, with clear input/output relations and generic and work-specific guidelines and procedures that are given or available.
- In Production: Automated line processing and controlling, or operating with a broader range of production machines in production lines, are examples of this level of work.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay rate: $30.00/Hour.
Hours: 40 Hours/Week.(1st shift).
Shift: 7am-5:30pm, M-Thurs and Fridays when business dictates.
Length: Contract (5 Months with potential for this to convert to full time ).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing operations.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Positions need a basic level of theoretical and practical know-how, skills, and typically some level of related years of experience, in specialized processes, techniques, and systems used in a production environment.
- Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the field of work.
