Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience coaching teams on OKRs, including helping teams draft, refine, and align Objectives and Key Results.
- 3-5 years of experience using the Workboard OKR management tool.
- 3-5 years of experience implementing or scaling OKRs across multiple teams or business units.
- 3-5 years of experience applying OKRs in B2B or internal-user product environments.
- 3-5 years of experience/Ability to translate strategic priorities into clear, outcome-based OKRs.
- 3-5 years of strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to support teams at varying levels of OKR maturity.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience operating within Agile frameworks and/or providing coaching in Agile contexts (Scrum, Kanban, cross-team planning).
- Experience designing or delivering OKR workshops, training, or team enablement sessions.
- Familiarity with organizational effectiveness, change enablement, or continuous improvement practices.
