Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in 
 Englewood, CO. Interested? 

Here's what you'd do:

  • Our IT Technician will perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware or software.
  • Hands on IT support experience with a strong service orientation
  • Support macOS devices and help set up Apple iPhones, iPads.
  • Provide front line, customer facing IT Deskside Support in a fast-paced setting.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11 operating system issues and perform hardware repairs on HP laptops (hard drive, RAM).
  • Utilize Service Central for ticket creation, tracking, and detailed resolution.
  • Manage loaner laptop pool, ensuring timely returns and accurate inventory.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable working with both Windows and macOS platforms and mobile device provisioning.
  • Heavy customer service skills, includes being able to de-escalate a stressed client and be able to fix issues pretty quickly
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Be able to collaborate with other deskside support technicians.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $26/hour

Hours: 9x80

Length:  Contract (12m+ with opportunity of extension.)

Job Requirements
 

Required skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consisting of hardware repair
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consisting of operation of systems such as Windows/ MAC, iPhone support.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in providing technical support in an in-person setting

Preferred skills:

  • Experience maintaining accurate records in Service Central
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills and able to collaborate effectively
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  Additional Information

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance and maintain one.
  • Clean driving record as MVR will be ran.
  • Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs
