Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Walpole, MA.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $22.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (2nd shift).

Length: Contract with highly potential to convert


Here's what you'd do:

  • This position needs the safe handling of materials throughout our production process. 
  • It includes various kitting and packing operations of assays. 
  • Kit and Package products while sitting/standing/perching on a kitting line. 
  • Identify components based on the Bill of Materials. 
  • Perform in-process checks to ensure accuracy of work. 
  • Complete production on time using a build schedule to prioritize workload. 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area. 
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures. 
  • Test products using computerized test equipment. 
  • Maintain accurate production records. 
  • Dependable work history.

Job Requirements
 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in kitting, packaging, or light assembly.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow prints, kit drawings, written and oral work instructions, and other written documentation relevant to production. 
  • Good basic computer skills. 
  • Able to read, write, and understand English for the purpose of following verbal and written instructions. 
  • Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to detail. 
  • Ability to use other miscellaneous production equipment and fixtures. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
  • Ability to produce quality products promptly.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, push, and pull for all or part of a shift.
