Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Melbourne, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- The test operator is responsible for testing product using specific test fixtures and tools
- Perform inspection, product specific test set-up and operation.
- Follow product specific test procedures.
- Data enter test results in the quality system, interpret test diagnostics, label and route product to the next level in the process.
- Identify and report defective components.
- Assemble and/or program circuit board assemblies as required.
- Responsible for the accuracy of work-in process associated with work cell.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of work area and surrounding work space.
- Participate in Quality team meetings, as required.
- Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job specific procedures.
- Maintain ESD integrity within production environment
- May train other employees.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $17/hour (+10% shift differential for 2nd shift)
1st Shift - (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
2nd Shift - 2nd Shift (3:30 PM to 11:30 PM)
Length: Temp to direct

Job Requirements
Here's what you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating test equipment in a manufacturing environment
Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer:
- Experience with running automation testing.
- Experience working in electronics
- Capable of performing job function utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids.
- Basic computer skills, problem solving and workstation skills.
- Ability to operate in a multi-tasking, highly dynamic team work environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
- Knowledge of ISO9001.
