Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience with manual production equipment
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment using a microscope
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience working in a semiconductor test environment.
- Vocational or technical training
- Chip-and-wire assembly experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MIL-PRF-19500 &/or MIL-PRF-38534 product manufacturing.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and safety regulations in manufacturing.
- Excellent dexterity - ability to work with small devices
- Ability to work under a microscope
- Read, write, and understand English
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills for data logging to input and track production data.
- Ability to multitask when needed
- Ability to work individually or in a team environment and follow instructions carefully.
- A candidate should have solid mechanical aptitude
- Ability to adhere to strict safety standards
