Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work remotely with our client. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- As part of our Websites team, you'll play a critical role in helping restaurants build a strong online presence using our website-building toolkit.
- This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for design, customer service, and website development.
- You'll work closely with restaurant customers, bringing their vision to life, testing our tools, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure a seamless user experience.
- In this role, you will build fully functional, visually appealing websites for restaurant customers using the website building product.
- You will communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into website designs.
- You will test the website building product for bugs, usability issues, and potential areas of improvement, providing feedback to the product team.
- And you will troubleshoot customer issues related to the website product and provide timely resolutions.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $25/hour
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Length: 6-month contract

Job Requirements
Here's what requirements you'll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with website building tools such as Squarespace or Wix
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
