Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial engineering experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of continuous improvement project experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with automation and system integration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with data analytics, databases, and automation, including tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, QuickBase, SQL, Python (or similar).
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- SAP.
- Strong data analytics and database skills (Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, QuickBase or similar).
- Proven technical writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- AI‑enabled analytics experience.
- Lab, semiconductor, or high‑tech manufacturing environment experience.
- Space planning, ergonomics, and 5S experience.
- Exposure to ISO standards and compliance‑driven environments.
- Experience supporting Facilities projects.
- Familiarity with eLearning or skills management platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Percipio).
- Experience designing, implementing, or supporting a help desk or ticketing system using tools such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow, including workflow setup, intake forms, SLAs, and reporting.
- Hands‑on and proactive.
- Strong communicator and influencer.
- Practical, structured problem solver.
- Comfortable bridging engineering, operations, systems, and documentation.
- Adaptable to non‑traditional lab environments versus pure manufacturing.
- Highly effective communicator and influencer who can drive alignment across BUs, explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, and gain adoption of new processes and tools.
- Proven ability to lead discussions, influence without authority, facilitate workshops, and translate operational needs into clear, actionable outcomes for engineering, lab users, and leadership.
- Strong technical writer with hands on experience documenting clear, practical lab processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated expertise in 5S, space planning, ergonomics, and structured problem solving, with a focus on designing simple, intuitive workflows that work in real lab environments and scale across teams.
- Ability to develop dashboards, workflows, and analytics, and apply AI enabled approaches to automate analysis, identify trends, and improve decision making across lab operations.
- Demonstrate strong continuous improvement capability.
