What You'll Be Doing

Own and manage end-to-end documentation workflows with minimal oversight
Update and maintain Instructions for Use (IFUs) and legacy product documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
Develop, edit, and refine technical content for diverse audiences
Lead documentation review cycles, approvals, and publishing timelines
Translate complex technical data into clear, concise user-facing materials
Create supporting visuals such as screenshots and illustrations
Ensure all content aligns with quality and documentation standards

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience

6 years working with Content Management Systems (CMS)

6 years with a strong interest in the medical domain

6 years using business tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

6 years with image editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)

6 years working with authoring tools (XML editors, FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat)

6 years creating high-quality documentation in U.S. English for a global audience

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

DITA experience

Experience with medical device documentation

Familiarity with FrameMaker or legacy CMS systems

Experience with:

DITA-based CMS (primary)

Legacy CMS (occasionally)

Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality

Proven ability to collaborate with local and global teams

Knowledge of authoring, globalization, and localization best practices

Understanding of DITA, CMS, and technical documentation formats (including multimedia)

Experience developing multimedia content

Experience working in regulated environments
