Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or Science or Engineering or Technology or Mathematics with 8 years of experience.
- Minimum 8 years of Space/Ground system architecture experience with proven Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Telemetry, Tracking, and Command (TT&C) satellite to ground.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in driving the definition of Interface Control Documents (ICD).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in collaborating with multiple customers to define a common solution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in space constellation systems.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ICD development and coordination to support space missions.
- Minimum 8 years of Flight dynamics management experience
- Minimum 8 years of Space ground antenna experience
- Minimum 8 years of OpenC3 experience
- Minimum 8 years of MBSE experience
- Minimum 8 years of MDA program experience
- Minimum 8 years of Space Constellation Program Operational Experience
- Minimum 8 years of Spacecraft anomaly support experience.
- Minimum 8 years of Constellation design experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Master's Degree with 6 years of experience.
- Agile experience.
- Ability to define segment budgets and system tradeoffs.
- Ability to derive system probabilistic analysis related to space ground systems and create and manage associated workbooks.
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) & Familiarity with MagicDraw.
- Systems Leadership and the ability to direct a team of systems engineers.
- Familiarity with common enterprise interfaces (gRPC, Kafka, REST) and cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with flight dynamics management and space satellite systems.
- Knowledge of the CCSDS protocol.
- Knowledge of other common enterprise interface methods (SNMP, gRPC).
- Knowledge of data archiving methods (Elasticache).
- Knowledge of commercial cloud systems and enterprise interface protocols.
- Ability to create clear documentation to drive system development.
- RF and optical space communications.
- IP network knowledge.
- Knowledge of automated flight dynamics operational workflows (and related development).
- Knowledge of A.I. solutions Freeflyer and Meridian.
- Knowledge of constellation situation awareness and trending analysis methods and tools.
