Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Warehouse Picking.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in receiving and general warehouse operations
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Production, picking, and shipping experience.
- Forklift experience.
- Proven experience in receiving and material handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to diagnose basic inventory discrepancies.
- Knowledge of material handling work procedures, pick lists, and protocols.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
- Picking up boxes up to 55 pounds
- On feet all day long, but breaks and lunch
- Going up and down stairs and walking around the facility.
- Max lifting weight 55lbs.
- This role is primarily based in Buffalo Grove, IL, with occasional project-based work (up to 10% of the time) at our Elgin, IL site. Mileage for travel between sites will be covered.
