Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Buffalo Grove, IL. Interested?
- Perform receiving duties with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support picking, packing, and shipping operations at the Buffalo Grove site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure attention to detail in all tasks to maintain inventory accuracy and order quality.
- Provides material handling support to the warehouse, quality, and production departments to ensure on-time receipt and delivery of material.
- Responsible for safe and damage-free movement of material by use of pallet trucks and other material handling equipment.
- Works under the direction of a supervisor and in support of warehouse, quality, and production team leads and senior assembly personnel.
- Put boxes on carts and a palette.
- Stack boxes
- Read, count, and pay attention to details.
- Read and match the number on the scanner and count the number of products completed.
- Will be using a calculator and scanner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Warehouse Picking.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in receiving and general warehouse operations
- Production, picking, and shipping experience.
- Forklift experience.
- Proven experience in receiving and material handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to diagnose basic inventory discrepancies.
- Knowledge of material handling work procedures, pick lists, and protocols.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
- Picking up boxes up to 55 pounds
- On feet all day long, but breaks and lunch
- Going up and down stairs and walking around the facility.
- Max lifting weight 55lbs.
- This role is primarily based in Buffalo Grove, IL, with occasional project-based work (up to 10% of the time) at our Elgin, IL site. Mileage for travel between sites will be covered.
