Here's what you'd do
- Supports Supply Chain Finance activities through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
- This role assists with routine and non-routine financial tasks.
- Working with finance and operational teams to improve financial processes and support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.
- Needs professional know-how, methods, tools, and principles, and to apply these to differing situations.
- Needs to solve assigned, non-routine tasks, and to contribute to projects or assignments, or to support the development of guidelines, methods, tools, or business processes.
- This position will monitor financial and operational processes and support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.
- This will involve analyzing large datasets for inconsistencies, identifying priority issues, and driving resolution by engaging with cross-functional teams in the organization.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1st shift).

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with data analysis and pivot tables.
- Associate Degree.
- A willingness to develop business understanding and contribute to the team effort.
- The ability to generate ideas and drive improvements to processes, business methods, or technical components.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and experience or interest in data analytics, reporting tools, or automation (Power BI).
