Description
Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Buffalo, NY.
Pay: 20.00/HR
Length: Temp (4 months)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
What you'd do
- Work in a structured, team-based environment handling files and documents
- Review client documents and flag any issues or missing information
- Match document details against system records to ensure accuracy
- Upload and track documents in the system for storage and movement
- Identify whether documents are originals or copies and update records
- Follow set procedures to review and process documents consistently
- Record and report any errors or exceptions found during review
- Follow company policies, risk guidelines, and compliance standards
- Escalate any issues or concerns to management when needed
- Support audits and help maintain accurate internal records
- Assist with other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with operating computers and email software.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate Degree is preferred
