Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Tualatin, OR. Interested?

Here's what you'd do: 

  • Design, develop & maintain engaging and effective learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, and Camtasia.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to understand design needs and determine the best learning solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of adult learning experiences that close skill gaps.
  • Ensure that adult learning, learning design, and Lam branding standards are applied and followed.

Job Requirements

 

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing online learning.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in applying adult learning principles, theories, concepts, and development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application of training development models
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360/Rise and Camtasia.

Preferred skills:          

  • Familiarity and expertise with multiple technologies & modalities.
  • Well-versed and extremely proficient in PowerPoint as a design tool, as well as the other Microsoft 365 suite tools.
  • Ability to design creative solutions using an iterative and collaborative approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate with global Subject Matter Experts and colleagues.

Additional Information
