Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Knoxville, TN.

Here's what you'll get:

Hours: 40 hours/week – 1st shift.

Length: Temp (12 Months with potential to convert) 

Pay Rate: $25-27 Hourly 

 

 

Here's what you'd do:

  • Support shipping and receiving materials from the corporate warehouse and the field.
  • Work with finance on reports to minimize receiving and billing errors and corrections.
  • Invoice reconciliation for freight (cost, mileage, cost per product, cost per dose, cost per customer).
  • Technical Support for the Optimization and Case Tracking tools.
  • Training and mentoring field operators on Optimization and Case Tracking tools.
  • Manage crisis by reorganizing shipments with sites, couriers, and the Customer Care Team.
  • Determine delivery case migration patterns and manage case transfers between sites.
  • Manage/oversee daily logistical processes for the distribution of the client's Radiopharmaceuticals for the US market.

Job Requirements
 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Excel and Email management (Outlook).

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Oracle experience.
  • Order management.
  • ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and interpret information, including financial & technical information.
  • Effectively communicate key information to cross-functional teams, including senior management.
  • Extensive knowledge of administrative tools.
  • Access, PowerPoint.
  • Technically skilled with proven ability to troubleshoot problems, solve abstract issues, interpret and implement policies & procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail in the execution of job responsibilities.
  • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to plan own work according to agreed targets within a quarterly to an annual cycle by integrating resources in a project-driven environment.
