Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Leander, TX. Interested?

  • Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to offer negotiation
  • Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment data
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Job Requirements
 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries or job functions
  • Strong networking and sourcing strategies, including social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Additional Information :

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
