About the Opportunity:
Acara is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for our client, a leading organization in the executive aviation sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while developing your professional expertise.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial and cost accounting functions as well as the implementation of policies and procedures and systems and tools to improve company's efficiency and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial and cost analysis, including variance and cash flow reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and 'what-if' scenario planning
- Partner with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Assist with billing processes, pricing analysis, and financial reporting
- Contribute to accounting activities such as reconciliations, journal entries, and audit preparation

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of experience in cost accounting and financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial systems or planning/reporting tools (e.g., Access)
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
