Description

Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Wendell, NC.

Here's what you'll get:
Hours: 6:00-2:30pm (M-F)
Length: Temp to Perm- 90 Day conversion 
Payrate: $ 19.00 /hour

Here's what you'd do:
  • Assemble steel enclosures using hand, air-powered, and power tools
  • Interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
  • Measure materials precisely using measuring tape and other tools
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain quality standards

Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hand, air, and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
 
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to work with hand tools (such as open wrenches, sockets, screw drivers, hammer, torque wrench, etc..) air driven tools (such as screw drivers, sockets, nailers, etc..) and power tools (such as drill machines, shear machines, band saw, etc) to assemble steel enclosures consisting of steel, fiberglass and copper parts.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings (blue prints) to assemble product.
  • Ability to use and read a measuring tape with accuracy.
  • Ability to communication fluently in English.
 
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Ability to lift 35# on a consistent basis.
