Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Buffalo, NY. Interested?

 

Here's what you'd do:

  • Answer and triage all incoming calls, directing them to the right department or phone queue.
  • Handle customer questions about billing, procedures, policies, and available services.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, filing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the patient services team and other departments to share information and improve processes.
  • Follow all standard procedures and guidelines, with any exceptions approved by the supervising pharmacist.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.00/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday between 8AM to 7PM. Must be able to work TWO close shifts till 7PM. 

Length: Contract (6 months)

Job Requirements
 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
