Here's what you'd do:
- To provide focused sales and business development leadership to achieve growth and profitability for the RF Amplifier Business Segment of the Corporation.
- This individual has the responsibility and authority to perform the assigned tasks listed below.
- Identifying and capturing new business opportunities for the corporation's RF Amplifier product lines.
- Supporting the development and implementation of the annual corporate business development plan.
- Maintaining a new business forecast to facilitate business projections.
- Create and maintain or direct the creation and maintenance of product literature and customer presentations.
- Conducting marketing research to identify market trends and competitive influences in the marketplace.
- Establishing and maintaining competition files.
- Responsible for participating in the quality management system initiatives and adhering to all requirements.
- Responsible for performing other related tasks deemed necessary by superiors.
Here's what you'll get:
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Length: Direct placement.
Pay Rate: $100,000 - $130,000/year.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the marketing and sales of defense and commercial RF Amplifier solutions.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, engineering, or program management in military and commercial RF Amplifier markets.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of military communications markets including major manufacturers, suppliers and customers.
- Working knowledge of military and commercial electronics applications for the company products.
- Demonstrated ability to interface in a positive manner with customers.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
