What You'll Do:
- Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and testing for new and modified designs
- Lead prototype development and oversee design testing processes
- Collaborate with drafting teams to deliver accurate packaging documentation
- Guide support personnel in design execution and validation activities
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, system analysis, or product development
- 2+ years of experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE)
- 2+ years of experience working in laboratory environments, including surface preparation or analytical techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience working in chemical laboratory environments
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in fast-paced settings
- Proven ability to collaborate across matrixed teams and diverse stakeholders
- Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
