What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in process improvement within the manufacturing sector.
- 4+ years of experience with sensitivity analysis.
What Sets You Apart:
- Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Familiarity with PBF LB/M machines and industrial additive manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- This role will need knowledge in statistical analysis, a solid understanding of additive manufacturing processes, and capability to work across the organization with technology development as well as operational procedures.
