Acara Solutions is seeking an Assembly, Integration & Test Technician to join our client on a Contract-to-Direct opportunity available in Littleton, CO 80127.
Employment Type: Contract-to-Direct
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $27.00–$35.00/hour

What You'll Do:
- Assemble spacecraft hardware, including electrical and mechanical systems
- Perform soldering, PCB assembly, and inspection
- Build wire harnesses and connectors
- Conduct component and assembly-level testing
- Support environmental and spacecraft testing campaigns
- Follow step-by-step work instructions to ensure accurate and repeatable builds
- Document assembly processes and maintain production records
- Operate tools such as torque wrenches to meet product specifications
- Support propulsion module and spacecraft-level testing activities
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with:
- Mechanical and/or electrical assembly
- Hand tools and torque tools
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document work accurately
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience with soldering and PCB assembly
- Experience with wire harness build and connector installation
- Background in aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing environments
- Experience with testing of components or assemblies
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
