Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience with:
- Soldering
- Crimping
- Wire harness assembly
- Minimum 1 year of experience with electronics testing and board repair
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- Experience with harness fabrication and PCB assembly
- Familiarity with non-conformance resolution processes
- Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions
- Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with fabrication and testing environments
- Experience working with vacuum chambers
- Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Excel, or CAD software
- NASA or IPC certifications in soldering, crimping, or harnessing
