Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Employment Type: Contract (12 months)
Industry: Manufacturing
Compensation: $20.21 /hr.
Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. - (2nd shift)
About the Opportunity:
- Assemble, test, and package electronic and mechanical products according to quality, production standards, and ISO procedures.
- Manufacture products using visual aids, written and verbal instructions, and defined procedures.
- Ensure compliance with process and quality standards; report any deviations to appropriate personnel.

What You'll Do:
- Move parts and materials to maintain an efficient and orderly workflow.
- Rotate between operations within a work cell and across departments as required.
- Follow directions and adapt to changes in processes or tasks.
- Maintain accurate work cell or departmental records.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in electronic and mechanical assembly.
- 2 years of building experience.

- Worked in a fast-paced environment.
- Can Learn Quickly and repeat what was learned.
- Good attendance.
- Ability to function and contribute to a team environment.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Need Dependable Transportation.
- Be able to work on their feet.
- Can work by themselves or with others.
- They can work with their hands (Previous manufacturing, food service, working on cars).
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, or combine all movement types as necessary by and during the job assignment.
- Capability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches), electric and pneumatic power tools, in-house developed product-specific tooling/fixtures, and ability to lift to 25 lbs.
