A Solar Panel Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a maintenance team that supports a 24/7 manufacturing environment safely and efficiently. The role requires strong organizational, planning, follow-up, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others. The supervisor evaluates and monitors manufacturing processes, resolves downtime constraints, and ensures proper inventory levels of materials and parts.

What You'll Do:
* Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment
* Developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program to ensure equipment runs smoothly and efficiently
* Inspecting and evaluating the functionality of production machines and systems to check for operational issues
* Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance
* Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
* Use of the PLC is utilized in troubleshooting, repair and calibration of process controls.
* Utilize data acquisition systems, measurement and test instrumentation including PC systems, PLC, CMM, etc.
* Tracking maintenance work and documenting the repair process
* Training and supervising maintenance staff, and managing their performance
* Assisting in budget preparation and managing expenses related to maintenance operations
* Ordering and maintaining inventory of spare parts and equipment
* Recommending strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
