Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Austin, TX
Employment Type: Contract (6 months with high potential to convert)
Compensation: $25.00/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift role but training will be completed for 4-6 weeks on 1st shift
As a Production Operator, you will perform assembly operations on electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components or sub-assemblies. You will monitor part availability, operate specialized tools and equipment, and assist in maintaining production quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

* Perform assembly operations involving electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components or sub-assemblies
* Organize and manage hand stock; monitor part availability and select components according to specifications
* Operate specialized tools and equipment while ensuring proper functionality
* Conduct sight checks, functionality tests, and general quality routines as required
* Assist in resolving routine manufacturing-related issues affecting daily operations
* Work with automated line production and a variety of machines, controlling parameters and monitoring production processes
* Contribute to complex, yet repetitive, assembly processes, sometimes spanning hours or multiple days
* Support setup, maintenance, repair, or installation of dedicated production line machines
* Deliver full-range service in defined technical areas, following established guidelines and procedures
* 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
* 1 year of experience operating production equipment
* Experience performing quality checks and basic troubleshooting in a production setting
* Familiarity with automated line processing and industrial production machines
* Ability to interpret technical specifications and assembly instructions
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities
* Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
* Must be authorized to work in the United States
* No security clearance required
* May require occasional overtime based on production needs
* Must meet standard physical requirements for production work
