What You'll Do:
- Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies, testing, and validation of new and modified designs
- Support prototype development and oversee design testing processes
- Collaborate with drafting teams to provide detailed design documentation
- Guide support personnel in design execution and development activities
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- 3+ years of experience with CAD tools (NX preferred) and product design
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience with MATLAB and Simulink
- Strong simulation and modeling skills
- Familiarity with AI applications in mechanical design
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and strong communication skills
