Job Title: Welder
Location: Rockford, TN
Employment Type: Temp with a high percentage to convert to Full time after 3-6 months
Industry: Manufacturing
Compensation: $24.00 /hr.
Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm- Weekends Required
About the Opportunity:
- Maintain critical metals needed for the production process.
- Ensure accurate operation record keeping, documenting all processing steps both on paper and in databases.
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure quality and compliance.
- Assemble diaphragms and related components as needed.
What You'll Do:
- Weld Iridium crucibles according to specifications.
- Set up and weld various materials and piping using appropriate equipment and processes.
- Clean metals using a media blaster.
- Press various metals to meet specifications.
- Preheat and perform stress-relieving processes.
- Heat treats parts, tools, and materials (carbonizing, tempering, annealing, stress relieving).

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of experience working with Aluminum.
- 1 year of experience working in a product-oriented technical-industrial environment.
- 1 year of experience with hand tools.
- 1 year of welding experience.
What Sets You Apart:
- You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Following the process, MPI documentation, and safety procedures.
- Ability to weld various metals: Iridium, platinum, and aluminum.
- Detail-Oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 35Lbs.
