Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Industry: Technology / SaaS
Compensation: Up to $85/hr
Schedule: Standard Business Hours with a preference for candidates to work EST 

About the Opportunity:

The Director of Continuous Improvement & Process Engineering leads enterprise efforts to identify systemic operational challenges and redesign cross‑functional processes that improve scalability, efficiency, and customer outcomes. This role partners across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations to drive sustainable, measurable improvements across the customer lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead enterprise continuous improvement and process engineering initiatives to eliminate systemic operational and customer experience issues
  • Design, redesign, and optimize cross‑functional processes across the customer lifecycle
  • Establish governance, metrics, and accountability frameworks to ensure sustainable improvements
  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders to implement and validate permanent solutions
  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of continuous improvement and process professionals

 
Job Requirements

 

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, process engineering, or transformation leadership
  • 10+ years of experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
  • 5+ years of experience applying structured problem‑solving and process improvement methodologies
  • High School Diploma

What Sets You Apart:

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certification
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience building and scaling new operational functions or enterprise operating models
  • Experience in high‑growth or technology‑driven environments
